T-shirt Design Brief

We started an annual company beach trip that incorporates camping, barbecues and riding sand dune rigs. I designed last years sweatshirt but I thought I would reach out for some ideas this time. We are a plumbing/mechanical company. I want it to say the following things at a minimum.

Picture of crazy atv driver, same one as last years. I want a basic design front and back. I think I will use the atv clipart on the bottom side of the sweatshirt.
I have included a picture of last years design and some pictures of the event. I do not want any event pictures in your design.

For the most part the design can be black & white with a splash of color. We do not need to use the company logo unless you can incorporate it so it looks good. If not I might print it onto one of the sleeves.

  Keep the atv driver on the front incorporated into the design or as a separate print on the lower side next to hip.
  
  Add the following text on the back of the hoodie.
  Don't follow me, you won't make it!

Nice to have

• Mostly black and white with a splash of color.
  The company logo if it looks good and not just inserted into the design
  
  I want a clean simple design that looks good

Should not have

• Be overly complicated and too much color
