Logo Design Brief
I am looking for a brand logo for my photography so I can watermark, and also to use as a header for my website/portfolio
Color schemes I like are (royal blue, royal purple, black) or (royal red, burnt orange, golden yellow)
Try to include the stars, a mountain, river, telescope, perhaps a microphone (I am a radio host by trade). Not everything needs to be included of course, I don't want it to be too busy.
I've attached examples of different logos I like. It would be neat to have a telescope coming out of the mountains (like at the peak), and maybe somehow incorporate a microphone. I like the "swish" of the Disney D for Davidson, and Swirl like letters for the K in Kirk. It would be great to have Kirk Davidson look like it's a signature.
Of course, I am open to interpretation of the above ideas. Have fun with it!

UPDATE thanks to everyone who submitted so far. A few more days to go and would encourage any new submissions to have a handwritten feel to the logo and try and tie the two together (text and logo) to have the same signature handwritten feel to them. The mountains should have the telescope coming off the peak of the mountain and any stars should have four points with diffraction spikes, not five point stars, I like the diffraction spikes with four point cross. A lot of creative ideas have been sent so far so thank you for your designs! This is a wonderful community full of talented designers to work with and I will have more projects for you in the future! It will be tough to chose a winner!

Thank you to everyone who has submitted designs so far. I appreciate all of the designs and you will make choosing the final design a tough one. I would like to note for anyone wishing to submit more designs to try and build the logo (mountains with telescope coming off the peak of the mountain with diffraction spikes with any stars in the sky, make a Milky Way design if you can with the stars) try and build the logo to look like the font and signature style you will be submitting. I would love to see a few designs submitted in the last few remaining days of the contest that have a unique handwritten feel to them that incorporates mountains telescope and stars. If you can attach the logo to the signature somehow to make it look like one handwritten logo that would be neat to see. Thank you again for taking the time to submit we have a lot of great logos and are getting so close to finding a logo that will suit my photography brand.
