Logo Design Brief

The logo needs to reflect my brewery setting in rural Australia - I will be extremely small servicing a few local towns. The Brewery is on the Hunter River, hence the name with views of lush rolling hills. I want the logo to have the beer to be the flowing river ambling by or down the hills. here is my 14 year old daughters effort as a guide. Ideally I would like this hand drawn / sketched with etched shading (to look more realistic / impressionist than abstract)
