Graphic Design Brief

I am looking for the design of the podcast cover (square format 3000 x 3000 pixels) which will also be the logo of our service.
This podcast is in french (France) to bring information to students and their parents about studies when they are about 18. We provide episodes about the different options they have and give advice on how to handle their choices.
The design can be seen in very little size, it should not be very crowded in terms of design and content.
You may want to use headphones to illustrate the podcast but you are not obliged to.
You may wish to study including the design of a compass as it is very used in the studies industries. In fact Azimut is a word issued from the orientation vocabulary.
I think the name AZIMUT and the word POCAST should be present on the design.
Bare in mind in France the gratuated students to not wear a hat like in the US. This symbol is not used in France.
