Logo Design Brief

Logo design using a soft pink as the focal point, or background with gold as the accent colours. Black/grey/white can be used if initials are used.
I want something feminine and modern. Clean lines, and simplicity
I have submitted a basic design I played with on canvas.

This is a service for tenants to assist them to learn the tricks in winning properties for rent, and consulting those who need further assistance, and then in the higher end, sourcing properties for tenants on their behalf.

There are two components to the business- one is a digital course teaching the real estate tricks to make it easier for tenants to win a rental property, and a consulting service to be a tenants agent, liason and other real estate tasks in the rental side.
