Logo Design Brief

Hello there and thank you for showing an interest in this competition.

The brief is as follows:

1. The company is called 'PureMarineUK' and we are new company selling high-end marine aquatic equipment and we are hoping to appeal to a slightly younger generation. We need a logo creating which will can easily be adapted for use within a Shopify website theme, favicon, YouTube & email signatures etc.

2. The logo needs to work well on desktop and mobile versions of the website and the website 'favicon' must represent the brand.

3. The logo should feature the text 'PURE MARINE' and the letters 'P' and 'M' should be larger in size to make them pop.

4. I would like to see the coral torch (latin name euphyllia) feature at the top of the letter 'M'.

5. I would also like to see how the whole word 'PURE MARINE' would look if it was filled with the colours of the coral torch.

6. We like the idea of a 'mascot' which could make the brand instantly recognisable. An idea we would like to use for this is a flamboyant cuttlefish (known as a Pfeffer's cuttlefish).

7. This needs to sit inside of a water droplet. which must 'drip' out of the letter 'P'.

8. We'd like to see how some rocks in the foreground might look as part of the build.

9. It needs to appeal to a younger generation thus shouldn't be too 'corporate'. They will be creating lots of YouTube video content too

10. Branding/FavIcon etc will be based on using the Letter 'P' so it's critical for the logo design.

11. Favicon and different size & formats to work within mobile/desktop/email etc

I know we are asking for a lot of detail and content to be included in the design so this is where I need your expertise to advise what will work and if this is too much.

There will be the potential for further logo designs on a regular basis for the successful designer so please do your best to impress!!
