Ah EPE foam is much better. We can do full wrap underneath one layer of cardbox. The foam is to make sure that delivery will make the art frame intact and not torn upon certain delivery conditions.

It's cool, I think its better for me to deliver the design first - probably starting with mockups. The rest I will discuss with you in the submissions.

Feel free to be creative, this is art after all and i dont mind suprising or shocking the buyers. My initial idea is almost a copycat of beeple box so if we can do different i am open to it. It is bed time for me as i am gmt+7 but will check this thread first thing in the morning to answer questions.

Question about Epe, is it possible to have it the least visible possible within the design? Or print above or covered?

It can’t be tinted, it is what it is apparently. Only thing we can change is how many layers of the EPE foam. What in my mind is to have the insert on top of it, but yea I need to study first the materials as this is pretty tricky packaging method.

I Updated the sketchup file to answer Polina (one of the designer) which suggested using PE foam. I can consider this as a solution. All thicknesses need to be spot on for the box to hold the items firmly, and a cardboard printed layer would be glued on the top pe foam layer.
