Flyer Design Brief

We need a TEMPLATE that we can reuse to write various case studies about the medical equipment solutions we provide. It will be a double sided letter sized with a modern design that conveys a feeling of expertise, innovation and highly personable service AND be consistent with the brand guide. The content will be divided into a few sections:

- Situation (200-250 words)
- Challenge (100-120 words)
- Solution (100-120 words)
- Results (100-120 words)
- Conclusion (100-120 words)

Additionally, there will need to be a call to action, inviting people to send an email for more information and a short "About Reems" section (approx. 40 words).

For device picture placeholders, feel free to use any random small benchtop medical device.
