Graphic Design Brief

Hello Designers, this is a cartoon image for an Album cover. I will upload my sketch of what i envision it to look like. Also images for you to use to make that happen, and detailed notes to make it easier to create. Basically im on the right side of the street with a dog.. Please make the dog a lil more muscular and me also like the 50cent photo. The dog also show some upper teeth, unlike photo doesnt show any. The building on the left side of the street Pier23 please add the cars and street lights, and sign on sidewalk if possible. Bay Bridge in the back ground, Also the buildings on the right side of the street also that would be great. My drawing is just the idea of the lay out.. i will leave the actual image to the photos i send and your creativity to make it alive. The tank top in the SAME Style of the 50 cent photo i sent... with Blue Adidas Sweats with white stripes.. also Adidas white shoes. Tank top blue , the squares on the tank top edegs Blue White and Gold. on the front just Tha City how i have in my drawing. no need for the logo and number like in the photo. The gun in my hand is a Space gun please make it big enough to see its a space gun not a real gun. Also a blue hat like in the other cartoon image, but No NY on the hat.. just blue is fine. The sign on the building is backwards just so its on the correct street side.. please make the Pier 23 not backwards. The orange sign on the street or sidewalk on the left side of the street To Read:

Dog leash a Big metal link Chain around her neck... the end hanging a little out of my hand.
In the shadows, some evil eyes hiding and watching ... not people just evil eyes randomly lurking in the dark around the buildings and strees watching the subject with the dog.
Same cartoon vibe as the sample guy with girl please.
Photos of the Artist and dog are uploaded.
The subject is walking down the street with the dog... "on alert" not just standing there. Dog chain in the style of phots.. thick silver.
If the street could be straight like in the photo.. not curved like my sketch that would be better.
