Hi, i need a new folder designing, I quite like our old one however the designer has lost the artwork. so I thought I would get it refreshed, we are an estate agent and I like a clean modern look. We are also going into the higher end of the market in a couple of months so will need stuff doing for that but for now, just a new folder - I have uploaded my old one to give you an idea of what I like
