Apparel Design Brief

Im looking for a basketball or soccer jersey design. The only thing I was set on was having the "Recognition Of Superior Excellence" somewhere cool on the jersey but not huge. Maybe on a side or around the arms hoops. Somewhere seen but not taking over the design. The Rose logo and name do not need to be in the same spot but it can.
