Podcast Design Brief

I want to design a podcast cover. My topic is customer acquisition, acquisition of new customers ...
The target group is exclusively women, self-employed, who have just founded their company or are just about to start their own business. My slogan is "Sales support with a heart", to signal that I can sell in a sympathetic and authentic way, without any trigger methods. The podcast illuminates all topics related to successful sales, partly with interviews, partly with tangible tips and a lot of motivation. The design should signal trust and competence and be appealing and cordial.
I don't have a logo yet. I'm not sure if it should be designed with a photo or without it.
