Logo Design Brief

Create simple, clean text based logos (two versions) for a project of 16 holiday cottages in Cornwall, UK. Need color versions that can work on letter head and websites, that can be reversed for light and dark backgrounds. I've added a color palette here - it's Farrow and Ball color scheme - Stone Blue with Dimpse and Pavilion Gray. Also need black and white versions that can be reversed too. We are really just looking for a text logo that is modern and clean/smart. Don't just need a rehash of the file below, but it does need to be in a similar vein. Cottages are available for purchase too, so we want to portray a calm feel for vacation, but also professional to encourage sales.

Target Market(s)

Vacationers and real estate investors in south west England. Can be families with kids, hikers, art lovers on a landscape art retreat, parents visiting children at nearby Uni.

Nice to have

• It's just a text based logo, so not a huge scope. Not interested in a lot of cottage icons or coastal imagery, it's more about the font, colors and layout of the text.

Should not have

• See color scheme attached in a file below. Needs to be elegant, and portray coastal, calm but professional
