Logo Design Brief

We have just purchased a farm and need a logo - we breed black faced Suffolk sheep (yes, like Shaun the Sheep).
We would like a logo with a blackface Suffolk with the four points of a compass or something that integrates these two components. Alternatively, my partner likes something similar to the image I have attached.
Can we have my ABN 82 985 710 259 in smaller text down the bottom (for invoicing).
