Logo Design Brief

Hello, we need a logo design for our brand new skateboard/snowboard apparel brand. We are located in the PNW and our shirts will be mostly on dark backgrounds with vibrant graphics similar to brands you know like "Thrasher" or "OBEY." Please see attached PDF for an example of what we are thinking.. It's a basic outline please feel free to use your expertise to "dirty" it up!! I would like the main colors to be black, purple, and white.
