Logo Design Brief

Hi I have a record label that has been set. since 2014. we are currently under construction to improve our marketing and advertising. we are looking to to get a new solid logo that will last tell hands of time. I would like the the logo concept to be a simple black and white color scheme to start off. Keep in mind the logo would have to fit well on merchandise shirt's, hats act. And the logo would also have to be able to be sized down and visible enough for a app icon and to go into the corner of a cd cover. You have free creativity to do whatever your interpetation of magic music is I really look forward to see in what you come up with. I put a couple of examples in the flie of a couple of record label logos just so that you can see example of some just for layout purposes. Thanks
