Logo Design Brief

I have trained myself and am now a mediator, mental trainer and psychosocial advisor. I am opening my own practice and need a logo for use on a website, business card, etc.

I am a consultant and I deal with people. With their development, the word "transformation" comes to mind.

The practice will be called "fynsinn". This is Bern German (I'm Swiss) and means "fine sense". I would like the logo in a berry color, but I certainly need it in black and white as well.
