Flyer Design Brief

I have a Word Document that is a Form and also a form for a certificate that I need to raise our game on! They're both fine and they both need to be in a form format so that it's easy to copy and paste data on the letter (division, name, address, job title) into the form. The approval later is used across multiple divisions so do there is a division dropdown and each division executive puts their own actual signature there. Ultimately, I want to professionalize these two documents form documents and make them cosmetically attractive so that when we print them to PDF, they look really nice and up our game! I'm looking for creativity here and a sexy, formal, good looking, letter and certificate. These should be a letter template and a certificate template - two separate documents.

The content in the letter won't need to change but the look, for the format, the "sexiness" of the documents are what I'm going for. The letter will continue to have a signature in it as well so that's important to keep.

Keeping the color pallets (simple red and blue) are important but how we do it doesn't matter. I thought it would be cool to have a nice watermark on the certificate as well so when you print it or frame it, it looks nice.

I've attached what we use today and like I said, they're fine and get the job done, but they don't raise our game and I'd love something for our volunteers that really pops!
