Web Design Brief

I'm looking for a current, cool new design of my website, fibercablesdirect.com. We sell fiber optic cables and accessories. It hasn't been changed for over 10 years. I would like fresh ideas, not excessive pictures of cables. It has to be easy to navigate because we have over 5k products that we sell. The platform that our site is built on is Prestashop. I've attached many of our popular brands as well as some of our products so you can get an idea of what we sell. I also encourage you to go to our current website to see everything we offer. We are a high end brand and I want to give that impression. The winning designer will likely have ongoing work in the future because we will be making changes and additions to our site. Prestashop experience preferred! Be creative as you want. I would like banner images across the top as well.
