Logo Design Brief
Looking for a logo that incorporates the following elements: "On the Prairie." It will be for a governmental entity that will be stamped on signs, wastebaskets, trails, websites, monumentation, etc. This will be used as an identifying logo as you come into the master planned community. The vibe they are going for is something evocative of a Texas prairie, with possibly a Monarch Butterfly as part the Design. It doesn't necessarily need to say "On the Prairie" as the main design, but maybe something like a stamp or a logo that can have "On the Prairie" as part of it, but will stand alone as its own design without the words. This government likes sunrise, meadows, prairie, butterfly, or other similar options. The governmental entity manages water, sewer, and drainage facilities, but is trying to communicate a new identity for its new parks and trails. The governmental entity is not partial to circular designs, but is open to it. (THIS IS JUST MY OPINION, BUT I THINK IT WOULD BE COOL TO HAVE OTP SOMEHOW DESIGNED TO LOOK LIKE A BUTTERFLY, I WILL NOT ULTIMATELY DECIDE THE DESIGN THOUGH, BUT WILL BE PRESENTING).
The official name of the governmental entity is "Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 162." Also known as MUD 162 or FBCMUD 162. These could be options for incorporation as well.
They don't want it to look like someone has grass that needs to be cut.
