OG Outdoors ( Open Gym Outdoors) is a workout program designed for people that grind all week at work, then tear up the outdoors on the weekend. This program will prepare you to be a better hunter and outdoorsman. A perfect training program for the at-home gym, each day will consist of functional fiitness workouts, strength componests, and various conditioning components, and one skill work or accessory lifting component. Develop all elements of your fitness, and become the ulitmate "Weekend Warrior".
This program is designed for hunters and outdoors men and women. I would like something that encompasses the outdoors and functional fitness training. Feel free to use "OG Outdoors" or" Open Gym Outdoors "
