Logo Design Brief

Logo needed for a private country club located on a mountainous estate in northern Vermont. The name of the club is "Notchbrook Crag" and I would also like to include "Members and Invited Guests Only" (in smaller text). Looking for a generally minimalist design, you are free to incorporate golf themes and/or mountains. The mountain could have ski trails on it.
