T-shirt Design Brief

This is for the Festival of Lights parade in Gatlinburg, TN. We are likely doing a full front design on kelly green t-shirts. I would like for the final design to be 5 colors or less. But can do 6 if it is a great design. I am attaching some of the past years' designs for inspiration. But, many of these are too busy and I do not really like many of them. I would like at least one simpler more elegant (yet still impactful) design option.

The final design must include the "Festival of Lights" name and year "2021".

I would like to see a design that includes a black bear (head only) wearing a santa hat and with a white beard. I want words to create the white band on the hat and to create the white beard. The word pairs will be "Gatlinburg" for the band and "Tennessee" for the beard.
