Graphic Design Brief

We are an advisory company focusing on organization strategies, executive headhunting, change management, and communication. We have a mind challenger, honest, fast, very direct, people-focused approach. We are a shadow advisory. We would like to use a blue elephant as a design. The elephant must be playful but businesslike. We would like to see him/her in different movements. We would like to use more elephants in different movements but with the same character. We would like to use them on different surfaces.

Target Market(s)

International businesses focusing on the EU and African markets. We are working with big multinational entities as well as startup or mid size firms. We are not a business consulting company but a people consulting company. We focus on the organization strategies and development executive headhunting, employer branding and communications and change management. We have people friendly but direct, mind changer approach.

Requirements

Must have

• We would like see the movements and characters of the blue elephant. It has to be playful friendly, open minded, happy, positive, loveable. We are looking for more outlined and stylized without unfilled colors maybe.

Nice to have

• We would like to play with the different movements on different surfaces. For example we need a friendly smiling blue elephant but but would be nice to see it as an angry or thinking one or even running or a bit crazy. We are an shadow advisory company. If this could come back somehow would be nice but not a must!
