T-shirt Design Brief

We need a design for an upcoming release of products, we want this to be an embroidered piece. This means no small negative spaces, limited colour use and no tiny details. The vision for this design is to have a volleyball player diving and digging the ball with the phrase "Can you dig it?". I'll attach what we want the ball to look like as well as some pictures of the action of diving and digging the ball.
