Logo Design Brief

We need a logo designed for our construction company. The services we intend to provide is construction advice / consultancy, design management, project management, design and construction services, construction services. The projects we are targeting are more bespoke than standard projects with the intention the clients are coming to us due to the high level of product / service we provide. We feel the logo should be sleek and sophisticated with the some blue in the logo. The logo will obviously be used on company paperwork but also on banner mesh on fencing around construction sites. We are looking for 2 logo's, a short one and and long one as shown on the examples, but please don't let these curb your design one way or the other, we are look for innovative designs.
