Logo Design Brief

Need a logo design for a Filipino Restaurant.
The word Turo-Turo literally translates to "point-point" (when choosing your food). This is your traditional asian 1-choice, 2-choice, 3-choice type restaurant. (Nayon translates to "village")

Nayon will just be a very very small tag on the top. Turo-Turo would be the main header. Filipino Cuisine would be the sub head on the design.

TURO-TURO: large and focal point of logo
Filipino Cuisine: directly under Turo-Turo

Elements and colors from the Philippine flag can be used but the logo but the logo should also work as a single color if needed.
Adding the translation "point-point" near Turo-Turo might be cool or even a finger pointing?
