Flyer Design Brief

I need a brochure made for a house that I have for sale. I need the ability to change the photo and square footage out for future homes. This page could also be used for a simple landing page website that would feature one house for sale by owner and possibly some lots. I would need to have the brochure by Nov 25th. The website would follow. Mailchimp campaign possible. I have logo and images and text that needs to be arranged in a creative way so that anyone that sees the brochure would say, "Wow, I want to live here!" knowledge on green building and sustainability helpful
