Graphic Design Brief

I want to create a 1080 x 1080px all-black image for the quote below that I can share on social media. I want the emphasis to be primarily on the quote, secondarily on the portrait, and third (smallest) on the logo. I want the background on the portrait to be edited so it's transparent and just shows the face of the person on a black background (no brick wall visible).

Text color: white

This image needs to be readable when sized down much smaller (400x400?) so want the text and portrait to take up most of the space.

I'd like the output both as PNG and original file (preferably Canva). Thanks!
