Flyer Design Brief

Looking for a front/back information brochure to be handed out to customers for our water treatment chemical. We have a brochure but would like it updated with a more professional look. We are not locked into the style on the attached and want some fresh ideas. We would like to have the final design in Adobe Illustrator so we can modify it in the future if necessary.
