Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company based in nyc called &Craft. We provide a new take on high end bathroom renovations. One that takes into account sustainability and environmental responsibility. We have a logo direction we would like to develop further - we like the ampersand inside of a circle - but we like a very refined and minimal approach - see attached.
