Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for a new business. The business specializes in detailing cars, ceramic coatings, window tint, paint protective film, and we have a dog wash. I would like the business logo to be a BEAR. A Transformer Bear. Meaning, one side of the bear (left-side) looks raggedy & tattered, maybe a band-aid, tired eye, a few rips & stains, unhappy look. On the other side (right-side) a cleaned up dapper, sharp-looking, Happy Bear. I don't have the graphic skills to do this as professionally as I would like. I would like the graphic alone in time to become synonymous with the company and/or possible future brand.
