Business Card Design Brief

I am looking for a business style card to include with orders that I ship. The card needs to thank the recipient for their order, and encourage them to leave a review. The card should include my business name and contact information and have an area to hand write a message.

I mainly sale on Etsy and my own website. We are a machining an manufacturing business that are in the sale of mostly metal machined and 3d printed plastic products.
