Logo Design Brief

We need a clean, simple logo that exemplifies us as a brand. We work directly with the best chefs in the Denver, Colorado area, providing them with the highest quality truffles, caviar, wild mushrooms, Japanese wagyu, etc. available. We want a clean and simple logo that exemplifies our passion for the specialty foods industry, the ingredients (or one specific ingredient) we sell, and chefs in general. We also need a design clean enough to be branded on a number of products, including wood and metal, so not too many super fine details. I've included our current logo here, and as you can see, the mushroom's fine details make it difficult to transfer to wood burning/laser etching.
