Logo Design Brief

I am looking for a modern and simple logo for my product, which is basically a way to make roller blinds 'more blackout'.
I would like a logo that can be white on a black background, or black on a white background. Something that either includes the company name or is just a picture that depicts the concept of darkness/ sleep/ nighttime. It would be good to have a logo that can be used with or without the wording.
The logo needs to appeal to adults and children and have a fun/cool element to it without being too 'out there'!
It would be good to see an option that incorporates a star/stars (and ones that don't!)
