Logo Design Brief

I need to create a design for a brewery in progress (Lazy B Brewing). The Lazy B design would be based on the cattle brand design for the letter "B" on its back, and the letter considered "right up" (see Cattle Branding Alphabet file enclosed). I would also like to have a cowboy hat resting on the top side of the letter "B" as if the brow of the hat is shielding the "eyes" of the letter. toward the bottom of the letter, I would like to have a small pilsner glass. I am not sure about color schemes, but WILL need the design to also be black and white. The logo I loaded up includes boots and a "2" superscript; please ignore these in the design, although if the boots can be worked into the design in some way, that would be great.
