Logo Design Brief

The logo is for a company that buys and sells vacant land in the US (not limited to any particular region) with a focus on rural land. I'm envisioning a logo separate from the name, but the font used for the name matters. I'd prefer something professional rather than cutsie. At times I'll just use the logo image. At other times I'll just use the business name. And at times, I'll use them together.
