I need a facility conceptional drawing for my coffee drive-thru business plan to include the following items:
1) A basic Schematic Design - For property site plan showing layout of a 500 sq foot rectangle building on a 1/2 acre pad site with two (double) drive-thru lanes running parallel to each other that can stack 20 cars (10 in each lane side by side) wrapped around building with 8 parking spots on side outside of lanes for walk up traffic . See included sample of a coffee drive-thru site plan but with a single drive-thru vs my desire site plan drawing to include and accomodate a second lane parallel all way to drive thru- pick up window.
2) Artistic drawing - Drawing or conceptional rendering of front of facility facade that features windows on 3 sides of the 500 Sq ft building with an extended continuous top canopy that extends out of building on both sides (One side to serve as cover for people at the walk up patio window and the other side to cover the cars at the double drive-thru windows). Important Note... Above the extended canopy roof on top of facility is to include a replica facade of the Austin TX 360 bridge arch that goes from one end of canopy to the other end. The idea is to make the roof top of the facility look similar to the Austin 360 bridge arches so it appears the bridge goes over the building. See included photo of the bridge.
Note: These drawings are conceptional at this stage and only to be used in a business plan. No need to be exact on measurements or to scale, etc.
