The splash screen and the icon should be inspired by the type of charts that the program, Genelines, produces.

Look at the Web page that displays chart samples, and use your artistic talent to come up with a design that is clean, modern and impressive:

I was not aware that I had to issue invitations. Not sure how to do that. I'll look into it.

I don't understand how I am supposed to send an invitation.

I posted the project, my understanding is that it automatically becomes available, and anyone who wants can submit a proposal. Am I missing something?
