T-shirt Design Brief

I would like to build a tshirt (heat transfer with white toner printer) like the image attached. I'm wanting to create my own version of this grumpy drop bear that can be used to make different shirts around. Will pay for small edits over time for different themes. Will need the source editable files for the bear to make it editable. Need bear (open to other ideas too) with no background.
