Logo Design Brief
We are currently rennovating our 1857 house in Sydney,
We need a design for the house (already called Novar (see pics). The successful logo will then be turned into a tile mosaic in the front foyer entrance of the house.
We envisage utilising the existing logo on the front door (see pics). Novar's meaning is a Bright Star so perhaps there is some inspiration there.
We are keen to incorporate the date the building was built (1857)
It was upgraded in 1919
And we are currently gutting it to rebuild in 2022
So consideration can also be given to the build date of 1857 to 2022, or use all three years and leaving a gap for any future additional years renovations?

Requirements
Must have
- Novar in same font as door, 1857, 2022
Nice to have
- The tiny mosaic tiles will be a combination of white and a pale ming green. We could look at another colour for this logo. As an aside, my wife and I considered a classic clan look (I am Scottish from the Davidson Clan, and she is Indian....se we considered a combination of a Stag (the animal in the Davidson Clan Crest) and possible a Tiger that would depict my wife's Indian heritage. Its just an idea. Im guessing the current Novar Logo on the door, with or without a Bright Star for the constellation meaning of Novar. The 1857 and 2022 years are mandatory though.
Should not have
- Designs that wont work in white and pale green around it will not be used.
