Sorry, the client has not been available for the last couple of weeks to make a decision. I am still awaiting their decision

I am going to apologize to all the talented designers that submitted designs.. The client has not been getting back to me. Something is going on with them and it's very unlike them to not get back to me. Because of that, I am going to randomly choose a design to close this out.. When the client gets back to me i will re-post a new job for this project so please keep your designs so that you can re-submit them. Again, I am sorry for the inconvenience. Some clients are a bit more difficult than others. In this case it's not an issue with being difficult, it's something else.
