Business Info: I'm starting a health coaching business (Brenna Bray, PhD, Health & Wellness Coaching @ brennabray.com) and need some help designing my website (brennabray.com).
Basics: I have the domain purchased on squarespace.com that is also linked to WordPress (so designer/programmer can program into squarespace.com or WordPress.com). I want my primary color to be aqua blue (see 1st photo/pdf attached) and my secondary colors to be spring green (1) and deep purple/magenta (see 2nd photo/pdf attached as well as the last photo attached).
There will be 5 pages: 1) Home; 2) Services; 3) Coaching Philosophy; 4) About Me; 5) Blog; 6) Client Resources; 7) Contact Me
I want there to be a banner at the top of each page, on the right-hand side (align right) that has links to all other pages, as well as a “book a consult” icon (that links to an appointment book where clients can see my schedule and book an appointment) and a cart icon, where clients can check out and pay. The cart will need to be linked to a pay service. The banner should roughly appear as follows:
Home | Services | Coaching Philosophy | About Me | [Book a Consult Icon] | [Cart Icon]
I also want there to be a small, centered area for hyperlinks at the bottom of each page that appears as follows (with everything hyperlinked):
Home | Services | Coaching Philosophy | About Me

“Home Page:” I would like my home page to have 3-4 main aspects: 1) a marquis of photos of me (included below; one main photo, but with options for clients to right/left click to scroll through several photos); 2-3) space for text about my coaching philosophy and program 3) a marquis of client testimonials that clients can scroll through. I like the setup of this homepage: https://www.momentumpdx.com but using my color scheme (below). I want the home page to have the water background shown in the first image (but not the surfers).
“Services page:” I offer the following 5 services: 1) Free Health History Consultation; 2) Standard 6-Month Program; 3) Deluxe 6-Month Program; 4) Hawaiian Healing Intention Card Reading; 5) Customized Options.
I want each service to be shown on the Services page and to contain a “Book Appointment” or “Purchase” button/link (Services #1-2 should have the “Book appointment” button and services #3-5 should have the “Purchase” button). I want the “Book appointment” button to link to a calendar where clients can see my schedule and book an appointment. Both links should also cause the item to appear in the cart, and the cart should be linked to a pay feature that can take clients’ credit card info, etc.
The “About Me” Page should say “About Me” then have 1 photo (with arrow options on both sides so clients can scroll through different photos). Below the photo should be a block of text where I can include a few paragraphs about me. Below the text should be links to the following pages, which can appear as follows:
Find Me on Social Media:
Current: https://nunm.edu/profile/bbray
LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/brenna-bray-39891914/
Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/brenna.bray
Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/brennab_runs/?hl=en
The “Coaching Philosophy” page should be similar to the “About Me” page (minus the “Follow Me on social media” part). This page should have 2 icon/links below the text: 1 that says “Let’s Get Started” and directs patients to my calendar where they can book a free 1hr health coaching consultation; 1 that says “Book a Service” and takes clients to the services page.
The “Blog” page will be a standard blog page.
The “Client Resources” page will be for client resources. I would like for this page to require clients to enter their a login name and password (provided by me).
More about my business:
My health coaching certification is through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN, integrativenutrition.com). I also have a PhD in Basic Biomedical Science & Neuroscience (specializing in addiction) and post-doctorate experience at the National University of Natural Medicine in alternative/complementary and integrative health interventions for binge eating and obesity (things like 12-step interventions, yoga, acupuncture, meditation, herbs, etc.).
My health coaching practice centers around 2 concepts: 1) the client can heal his/herself by him/herself; I am simply here to help the client tap into his/her own healing intuition; 2) I believe in wholistic healing that brings primary and secondary foods into balance. Secondary foods are the foods we put on our plate and eat. Primary foods are everything else in our life that nourishes us (e.g., creativity, relationships, movement, joy, finances, etc.). When the secondary foods are a problem, it's usually a sign that our primary foods are imbalanced, so I help clients identify how to rebalance both.
I also included some sample photos that will on the "about me" page of my website. I focus on connection, movement, and nature, so lots of nature themes. Mountains.
Here are some other relevant "about me" websites:

Updates
This project will NO longer require Coding. This will be a "Design" only project.
