Logo Design Brief

Logo for a new project called Ground-Up Governance, which will include a website, newsletter, emails, podcast, etc. Ground-Up Governance is a new resource for people who want a better understanding of how corporations make good decisions. It is fun, provocative, and professional all at the same time. I would like to see designs that incorporate both a picture and text. The logo should be memorable and not too complicated. Use of bold colour is encouraged!

OPTIONAL: I have an affiliated brand called Fullbrook Board Effectiveness (FBE). The FBE logo is attached here. I am open to seeing designs that incorporate colours or elements from the FBE logo, but it is NOT required.
