Logo Design Brief

Bulldog Backhoe LLC needs a logo. We do excavating, land clearing, any type of dirt digging with a backhoe. I'm thinking maybe black and orange or maybe black and yellow colors on the logo. Would consider other colors if they look good. The logo should look professional, business-like, trust-worthy. The word "LLC" should be quite a bit smaller than the rest.
