Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a financial advisor firm that specializes in helping great people live their best financial lives. We offer holistic financial planning services tailored to the unique values and goals of our clients. Noble Pursuits was founded on the conviction that being good stewards of our resources for the care of our families, our community, and the world is a high calling—a noble pursuit. Our target market is benevolent/philanthropic people as well as a niche with people who love the sporting life (fly fishing, upland hunting, fine food and drink, etc). I would like for the design to bold, upscale, and earthy (natural colors that would pair well with outdoor imagery), bonus points for integrating a male pheasant tail feather into the logo.
