Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a college level student leadership program. The mission of FLIP is to help students integrate into college life in order to create a sense of belonging for all. Student leaders work at creating programming that is inclusive, educational, fun and interactive to build a sense of community on campus. The logo should communicate community building, inclusivity, and concept of for students by students. The old logo attached has First-year in it which needs to be removed but the style of the logo is still appealing
