Logo Design Brief
I need a logo and/or wordmark for a new company based in a lakeside town in Ontario called Dover Mercantile. A mercantile is like a general store and this one will feature sauces, spices and other dry goods while also featuring local artists and housewares. This slightly upscale but approachable.
The design should feel nostalgic but have a modern take.
Preference towards typographic work.
Preference is to warm undertones and more muted colours.
Please no reds or pastels.
