We need a logo for our website, Spielrebellen.de.
Spielrebelen translates to "gaming rebels".
The logo should be a funny "rebel", eg some cartoony character, figures, animals that match our idea of rebeliousness. We do things a bit different, not quite traditional or according to standards. therefore we feel like rebels, but in a playful environment. We target family gamers as well as passionate enthusiasts.
After the first designs and further talks in our team we came to the conclusion to be a bit more precise on the figures we are looking for:
- one could be a cat (being a rebelious animal, but in a cute way). Interesting from the looks is a lynx, or a cat similar to a lynx, see image below as an example. This also shows a nice pose of the cat, as it is stepping forward, being active, and interacting with the viewer. I could see the cat walking through the letters, maybe separating the two word "SPIEL" and "REBELS".
possible cat and pose:

- as a second character, we prefer a female wizard-like character, which could sit on top of the letters, or being somehow attached to the letters of our name. She should be excited, wielding a magic wand, sparkling magic dust around the wand.
possible pose and style:

This is very open, as long as it feels like rebels in a game world. The images in the links are only examples, don't follow it too close if you think you have a better idea.
The name should have a playful, readable font. Fonts associated with fun, comics, etc. should work fine.
As a final result, we need a colorful logo, but also a B/W version.

Must have
- I imagine the logo centered around the text/ name, and having maybe one or two characters, as mentioned above.
Nice to have
- About the font: should be easy to read, can be a bit "dirty" handdrawn in style (but not a typical handwriting)
