Logo Design Brief

I would like to have simple phoenix wing (on the left side only) that swirls into the first S of SOS.... basically this configuration:
Wing + S + OS
The closest I can explain is in the file PhoenixCircle_From Jess that is attached (without the circular image behind the logo.) I want the wing shown here, but NOT a birds head. Instead of the bird's head, I would like the "head" to start to form the S of SOS, followed by the "OS" portion,
I want the colors red/orange/yellow that resemble fire similar to the colors used in the files attached. But may also want blue and white versions.
